Support

Ways to Give

At River Valley Waldorf School, we believe in educating the whole child. Your support helps us continue to offer a rich, developmentally appropriate and human education to every student who walks through our doors. Whether you are a parent, grandparent, alum, faculty member, or friend, your gift is a meaningful investment in the present and future of our school and its mission.

  • Annual Fund

Each year, the Annual Fund bridges the gap between tuition and the actual cost of a Waldorf education.

Every gift—no matter the size—supports our daily operations, helps keep tuition accessible, and strengthens our programs in the arts, movement, nature studies, and more.

Give today. Make a difference every day.

Your recurring gift helps us plan confidently and provides a steady foundation for our work with students.

Additional Ways to Give

Real Estate

You can make a gift of marketable residential or commercial real estate to River Valley and receive substantial financial benefits. Such gifts are subject to the approval of the school’s Gift Acceptance Committee. If River Valley is unable to use donated property, it will be sold and the proceeds will be used as needed or as you specify.

If you make a gift of real property to the school, you will be credited with a contribution valued at the fair market value of the real estate, as determined by an independent, qualified appraiser. You pay no capital gains tax on the appreciated portion if the property has been held for more than one year.
